Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Viritas, trading as Flyt. Email: shop@flyt-tech.com.

What we collect

Vendors: your email address, business name, payout details and what you do in your account. Buyers: your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment partners; we never see your full card number. We use only the cookies the site needs to work (your sign-in and language).

Why, and on what legal basis

To provide the service and handle payments, payouts, refunds and support (performing our contract with you); to keep accounting records as the law requires (a legal obligation: Swedish bookkeeping law requires 7 years); and to prevent fraud and misuse (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Our payment partners (to take payments and make refunds), the vendor you bought from (what they need to deliver your order), our email provider, and the companies that host Flyt. Some of them are outside the EU; transfers are made under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Payment and accounting records for 7 years; your account details while you have an account; everything else only as long as it is needed.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and take it with you, by emailing shop@flyt-tech.com. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.
