Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Flyt is run by Viritas, trading as Flyt, registered in Sweden ("Flyt", "we"). Email: shop@flyt-tech.com.
2. What Flyt offers
Flyt is a payment platform for merchants ("vendors"). Vendors create payment links and a checkout for their customers, and receive their payouts through Flyt. Buyers use those links to pay for what a vendor sells. Flyt's plans and their prices are on our pricing page.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown. A plan is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, and renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are handled by our payment partners; we never see your full card number. Where a payment partner sells to you as the reseller of our service, its own buyer terms apply to that payment as well.
4. Paying a vendor through a Flyt link
The checkout page shows what you are paying for, who sells it, the price and Flyt's fee before you pay. The vendor is responsible for delivering what you bought. Flyt keeps the vendor's money until the order has shipped with a tracking number, so if it never ships, you are refunded to your card (see our refund policy).
5. Vendors' use of Flyt
Vendors must give correct business and payout details, sell only lawful goods and services that our payment partners allow, describe them honestly and deliver them as promised. We may suspend an account, hold payouts or refund buyers where we have reason to think these terms are broken.
6. Liability
We provide Flyt with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for a vendor's goods or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; for a paid plan, a change that affects you takes effect from your next billing period.
8. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, this never takes away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Contact us first at shop@flyt-tech.com; a consumer in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
